Mounting

When you have existing graphics and need them put on a display board, mounting is the solution for you. FBC has many dry mounting options available, not limited to gatorboard, foamcore, and sintra, and in varying thicknesses.

In addition to mounting, FBC also offers edging to finish the look of your graphic, as well as various hanging options to allow you to mount your graphic on a wall (or vertical surface) and easels to turn your graphics into freestanding units.

Laminating

When protection is all that you need, lamination is the best solution. FBC offers a variety of laminate options:

Thermal Lamination: The adhesive of the laminate is activated by running through a heated laminating press. This requires a clear border around the laminated piece to ensure the laminate doesn't release. In-house available options are:

Size: Some up to 60"
Finish: Glossy, Matte, Dry Erase
Thickness: 3mil, 5mil, 10mil

Pressure Sensitive Lamination: A "cold press" application, pressure sensitive laminates are run through a laminating machine, with no heat. The adhesive is activated by the pressure from the press. This is idea for thicker materials. In-house available options are:

Size: Some up to 60"
Finish: Glossy, Matte, Lustre, Dry Erase
Thickness: 3mil

We can also laminate name badges, luggage tags, business cards, etc.. on our small thermal press. Whatever the graphic or application, FBC can make sure that whatever graphic you bring in, it will be protected and look its best.
